I was a loyal Coz supporter for years, because of product knowledge and more importantly for us Canucks, he understood the hassles of shipping across our 'free-trade' border (thanks, Conservatives!). His cross-border shipping was excellent in terms of price and time compared to other vendors.
After being burned on the 300 deg. fuel rails (which I'm assured are genuine, and not by Coz, who doesn't know), I now pay a bit more from other vendors for my not inconsiderable Z parts purchases. Not much, but a bit more.
Despite the fact that Coz has the parts I want and can ship reasonably cheaply, I choose not to buy from him. It is because someone who I developed a personal relationship over many years of parts buying sought to screw me and other Z parts buyers over in the name of a few bucks.
Forgive? Sure. I'm over it, I'm fine, he'll be fine. Purchase again? Sorry, there are more reputable vendors out there. It takes a long time to build a reputation and a very short time to destroy it.
